1. What stoxhub is

stoxhub (the "Service") is an AI-powered tool that surfaces stock investment ideas based on aggregated patterns found in publicly disclosed holdings of professional fund managers.

The information we provide is general and educational — not personalized financial advice tailored to your situation, risk tolerance, or tax position.

You remain the owner of every investment decision. Past performance shown on the Service does not predict future returns.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to invest where you live. You are responsible for verifying that using the Service is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Safeguard your credentials. Don't share them.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service (= bots, scraping, bypass attempts, etc.).

4. Free service & future paid tiers

The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid tiers in the future. Free access may be capped at our discretion to maintain service quality for all users.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and respectfully. We may suspend access for behaviour that disrupts other users, undermines the integrity of the Service, or violates applicable laws.

The Service is for your personal use. Please don't resell, automate, or redistribute the content we generate as if it were your own analysis.

6. Intellectual property

  • The Service (= AI models, algorithms, design, content, brand) belongs to stoxhub and its operators.
  • You retain ownership of any content you provide (= chat messages, holdings data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
  • The information generated is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purposes
  • Any investment decision based on the Service will be profitable

Past performance of any stock or portfolio shown is not indicative of future results. All investments carry risk of loss, including loss of principal.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (= for free users, this is €0).
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • We are not liable for investment losses, trading losses, missed opportunities, or any financial outcomes resulting from your use of the Service or your investment decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms over time. If changes are material, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
